You can easily book a vehicle through our website by selecting your dates and preferred vehicle.
We have several requirements to rent our vehicles: No more than 10 points on your license, no DUIs in the last 40 months, no Speeding 30+ in the last 28 months, no incidents involving a pedestrian or bicyclist in the last 28 months, no more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 28 months, a Class E license for at least 1 year, a class D license (Driver's License) for at least 3 years, and have taken a state Driver Safety Course within the last 3 years.
Your payment includes the car rental, liability insurance, and access to our maintenance and repair facility. You pay every Thursday at 12:30pm PST for the upcoming week of use.
No, only the individual listed on the rental agreement is authorized to drive the vehicle. Allowing someone else to drive may result in contract termination and penalties.
Yes, you can use the car for personal reasons as long as it complies with the rental agreement and does not violate any restrictions.
You are responsible for all tickets, fines, and tolls incurred while using the vehicle. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or deductions from your account.
In case of an accident, you must report it immediately and follow the outlined process in your rental agreement. Insurance coverage applies, but you may be responsible for a deductible or other costs.
You must contact us immediately so that we can send a mobile mechanic. Routine maintenance and normal-use wear and tear is typically covered, but neglecting required service may result in penalties.
You are allowed to drive within the specified geographic area outlined in your rental agreement. Driving outside permitted areas may result in additional charges or contract violations; however, we try to be as lenient as possible! We ask the driver to notify and to request permission from our customer support team for extended interstate travel.
Yes, we allow use of the rental vehicle for both Uber and Lyft or any other vehicle rideshare service, as long as it complies with the rental agreement and that rideshare company's policies.
The rental contract requires a two-week minimum. Otherewise, you can keep the vehicle as long as you like! If you need to schedule a return, we require a seven-day notice. If no notice is given, a fee may levied onto your account.
RichRoute Fleet requires qualified applicants to provide a valid government-issued driver’s license and other requested verification information. This information is used to confirm the applicant’s identity, verify driving eligibility, complete screening, prepare vehicle documents, and protect the applicant, RichRoute Fleet, and its vehicles from fraud or unauthorized use.
RichRoute Fleet does not request identification simply to confirm that an online account is active. Identification is requested only as part of the official driver application, screening, onboarding, or vehicle pickup process.
Applicants should submit information only through RichRoute Fleet’s official website or authorized application form.
